needs proper?

i burned it at the same speed on the same media i use (2x, samsumg media, pioneer dvd-r) and the movie plays fine, but the cut scenes play chopped....
i wonder if its just me or someone else had problems?

I just rented it and copied it myself. 1:1 copy. Good movie.
