How is the sound?

For those of you that have viewed this one.. how is the sound ?

The Jpeg gives a better impression then the acual movie in my opinion but it was fast and it's ftf.. so good job FTF

but ive been on these boards for a long time

this looks like an ok release judging from the pics
after d/l ftf's insomnia and bad company it does seem like they have improved greatly
but for my taste its no where good enough
so i will stay away from ftf's releases
they are always quick i give em that but i'll rather quality
ftf (like you're actually reading this) im not knocking you guys
b/c you risks you hinds every release
BUT overall the quality just sucks im sorry
Centropy I think is doing the best right now
I dont care what no one says about their svcds releases
their Teles are simple just better than everyone elses
if you have eyes you can see the difference
in ftfs insomnia it was very hard to see anything not to mention
the sides were cut off a little too far
but ctp's release of insomnia was way better down the line
great props to all groups though
just my two cents

I only have the sample of this release, and of the centropy release, so my opinion coes not reflect the entire release.

Neways, this looks like a very nice release from FTF, desent color, Color is much better in the Centropy internal. From what i see in the sample this is a very watchable release with nothing to complain about, not bad sound either, nice n clear. Overall a great release FTF. (or so it seems)

another shitty movie, i havent grabbed the sample yet and i highly doubt i wll because its a gay movie, so uhhh it looks nice for what i see here

video is a little blurry and sound has a empty sound to it, but watchable.

I've watched all of CD1, and from what I've seen, the movie is much worse quality than the jpg and sample. Video is jerky and blocky during high action scenes, audio is hollow, and 20 minutes or so into CD1 it drops out and goes very quiet. It's watchable, but I think I'll wait for a better release before watching the rest of the movie.

REVIEW

I've seen the whole movie, so here's an actual REVIEW:

Pros: Good picture, which never goes bad. Acceptable sound. Audio/video are in sync throughout (yay)! Widescreen done very well-- we see the whole movie. And, of course, it's an incredibly fast release, as usual from those killerz at FTF.

Cons: The sound goes bad a number of times, and for about eight minutes on disk 1, the volume goes up and down over and over again-- soft, normal, soft, normal. On disk 2, the sound goes way down (off briefly) for about 1-2 minutes.

Apart from these inexplicable sound problems, this is a very steady release, and appropriate for this lower-budgeted movie (unlike Sum of All Fears, which needs the ctp-level treatment).

Note: The movie itself is shamelessly racist. Every white person is treated as EVIL, or buffoonish, or both. It's laugh-out-loud funny at times-- and this is a satire-- but if you're (a white person and) sensitive toward being the butt of all the jokes, and are tired of black racism in general, you may want to skip this one.

I would just like to point out that if you extract the .MPGs from the BIN/CUEs you can just barely fit both files onto one 80 minute CD.
