Dust myself up
and I scream at the sky
It's been so hard
but I can't let it die
Turn my head up,
looking at the stars
So many years,
I still wonder where you are?
Dust myself up
and I scream at the sky
Every day I ask myself why?
So much pain pouring
from inside
Above me I feel the spirit fly

excellent release, been waiting an eternity for this release.
dvdrip as it always is.
movie is great as well, now only Mystic River dvdrip is needed, and all the oscar nominated 'best picture' movies will be seen.
can someone help me, im using koepi's xvid 1.0 RC2 (latest version, think the video is SLIGHTLY jerky and the audio wouldnt play, so i re-installed some ac3 audio codec i had, but now the sound is messed up, it plays the background music, but you cant hear the actors speaking, if i download the ffdshow in this thread will it work, which setting would i need to change if any ?
thanks in advance !!!
Nuke It!
This DVDRIP from Diamond should be NUKED.
XviD 1.0 "official" is against TDX rules.
I say NUKE unless all groups that are behind TDX will approve the use of Xvid 1.0
If not nuked then I just hope some other group will make internal or proper with a standart codec.

Re: Nuke It!
...double post
In what way is using XviD 1.0 against TDX rules? Have the groups got together recently to discuss things (it's about time they did imho, things have changed a lot in the past 2 years...)? Is there something specific in the old rules which 1.0 violates? There's certainly nothing I can see.
Anyways, am getting this release now...hopefully will be good. Nice to finally have it come along, as all the cams of it were really awful.
it plays alright on my yamada 6100 so dont care about the nuke, quality is ok but seems slighty muddy/foggy, maybe its just the movie, anyway fine release and good movie.

plays fine for me too get the latest xvid codec
is it just me or does this version have a f*cked up ar? 640x256...shouldn't it be 272? the picture looks squished, and i know when ive encoded stuff, a sure sign id screwed up, was when i ended up with a 640x256 resolution....
Yes, squashed or cropped. Impossible to say without comparison. Same flaw as with the Brutus ROTK. Is there some kind of technical reason the groups release these 1:2.5 ratios?
really good question. i wouldn't expect a mistake like this from diamond? and it hasn't been nuked, so if someone can tell us the reason for the screwy ar? ive noticed this problem in a couple of the films ive recently grabbed, which leads me to think theres either a reason, or standards are slipping...
For some strange reason I havent figure out either both LOTR and M&C sources were 2.45:1 AR instead of 2.35:1, so both rips are within normal AR deviations when resizing to xvid. Rip looks good as a 2CD should, and ac3 is sweet
