Lol @ sample pic.

Wow, i guess they are gonna have to call Sean Penn and take his oscar away, and give it to Vinny. Or Visa Versa, eh im all confused now.

EDIT: Ok, someone smack me. I had no idea Mr Penn was in this too, damn.

Movie looks super though and sounds great. Typical great quality rip. No complaints here. Xpd has been puttin out lots lately, good for them

Hollywood DVDs suck now. I noticed when a movie is kinda long or has alot of extras, and when they want to fit it on a DVD5 or use DTS, they add this static filter. This way on a huge TV it's less likely to see the coding flaws. A perfect example is Bruce Almighty and this movie.

But being the cinema whore that I am, I want to see this never the less.

picture a little grainy in some scenes, maybe it has been shot this way as it really seems to be in the scenes of benico del toro mainly, sound is as good as it is going to be for a dvdrip, movie is good perhaps a little overrated by critics. 8/10/8

hehe yeah the beginning of the film is a nightmare, especially if you don't know from the start that its non-linear. hang in there and its fantastic tho. for the first 20mins i thought the slicing and dicing of it was ruining it, but something clicked and i adored it. one of the best films of last year by a mile, ... penn? awesome.

er i have to be honest i do not like this rip one bit.

its 29.976 FPS which mean there must have been some 3:2 pulldown performed on it.

To me the video just gives jerky playback all the way, even with perfect synchronisation with the display device. From my experience however, almost no one on the net notices something as blaringly obvious as this.

The panning is pretty jerky, anyone else notice?
