question bout ur database

i am wonder how u guys made the database for this site. i want to make a database for all my movies with a search engine for. pretty much like ths site. with the movie types and codecs type and stuff like that. is there a chance that u can tell me tips or how to make it. i have installed all the the tools like apache, php, phpadmin, mysql, mysql cc,
