Video quality isnt half bad aside from being cropped to full screen.

Sound is pretty aweful though. Sounds like they're talking through a paper cup.

How the hell could give video an 8?!? This rls is crap. Why do groups keep releasing these crap telesyncs as svcd? VHS screeners arent even encoded in svcd.

i just checked the sample and compaired it to imperials... and to my suprise they look near identical.. sample is even in the same part, sound is a bit louder but dont sound direct.. video is a bit more colorful, thanks to svcd and a couple filters but id have to say same source... 6/5/?

the movie quality doesnt look 2 good

the video has the blocks in it, its angled

this is a decent comback for MPT..the video is really cropped. As far as the audio..please..its hollow. Lets just be honest...not a bad telesync but definitely not worth the SVCD format.

we get near vhs screener TS's of crap like "scooby doo 2" and
all the decent movies like this or walking tall, etc are junk.

I wouldn't expect to much either... the recent good quality TS's are coming outta either Belgium, Sweden or Norway (Secret Window, Scooby 2 not quite sure which country it is only judging by the subs and opening credits of both films, it's obviously not the USA)... so if a movie is not being released there I wouldn't expect to much out of it right now.... if it stays a level above the kinda crap that's on N.Y. street corners then i'll be happy :-)

Hey i was not too impressed with the quality of this TS SVCD or any except some recent VideoCD efforts, but it sure beats the hell outta the cam.. And my dvd player can play interlaced so pic is fine. Much cleaner and sharper colors and pic is alot better than the imperial Cam...The audio isn't that great, but the movie is indeed good enuff that its worth watching if you can't wait for that long time off screener of this movie
