from inside
Above me I feel the spirit fly

great compression used...hardly blocky during any of the action scenes and audio, well audio is the outstanding Dolby Digital track that is identical to the R1 release...

/me waits for the R3 DVDR DTS INT

delete the shity ass 2 CD/AC3 release and get this one...

Brilliant, top notch rip (even though it's xvid, would have wanted a SVCD rip)

9/9/11

Can't wait for the sequel, going on a double feature show on Tuesday.

Cool uncut version! Is there anything extra besides the full color gore scenes?

Btw just went to the kill Bill marathon here in amsterdam
Damn Kill Bill 2 was a fucking disappointment, wow that movie sucked balls, while kill bill 1 was really cool.

Anyone else saw it yet?

OMG, stop with your black and white complaints... jesus...

the only difference the region 3 dvd had then the us movie wise, was the house of blue leaves fight with the crazy 88 is in full color.

the other black and white parts are still black and white, because they were ment to be Dune.

great copy, 9/9/10

do wish it was svcd, damn... and here i just burned the chakra release.

The begining scene is in B&W for effect to show it was in the past, in kill bill 2 when they are showing the moments up until the massacre its all in black and white.

The tea room scene is all in color, you if noticed the sample given by incite its in fact from part of the black and white scene on the us dvd.

Also there is like 2 extra minutes of footage dealing with oren ishii and it is also a bit widerscreen

There is also a subpack that can with the release, did you get that too off of bittorrent or was that not available?

I am sure a group like incite arent that stupid to not release subs after the whole confusion with the pasts rips of this movie and the tc rips.

great release nice to see all the new little shots (from the vernita green scene to the extra stuff in the crazy 88 fight) all of it was really cool.

Question Subtitles?

Does this release include the 'forced' subtitles when japanese is spoken?

Posted by jcutner on 04-18-2004 02:31 AM:

this has a sub pack so it is english all the way including the japanese parts? and all the speech is in english?

Posted by S T y X on 04-18-2004 01:48 PM:

After watching the first halve of this release there is a crap load of japanese, which I have no fkn idea what they are talking about and the subpack that came with this release doesnt provide english when they are speaking japanese.

In the other version of the movie are there english translations of what they are saying when they speak japanese?

Overall excellent release apart from not knowing what they are saying for part of the movie.

the subs in the subpack are in japanese

is there another subpack with just english subs for the japanese sections of this film? great release other than that.

Edit: Ok now i feel like a noob.. the english subs are there its just theres multi subs and jap comes up as default. Still the only english option is to have them on all through the movie, even in the english speaking parts.. an english one for just the japanese speaking sections would have been nicer, but still i appologise.

i guess some people are too stupid to see
if there are other languages in the subpacks maybe one day they can figure it out.

As for the part for english during the japanese only parts, i talked to some people they said that there was no sub track like that on the dvd itself, remember its a japanese dvd so its catered to the japanese audience where either they would need to have all japanese subs or all english subs. I dont think a japanese person in japan would need english subtitles for the japanese spoken parts only. Also the reason why japanese subs were the default language for the subtitles

so basically the only way you would get english subs for the japanese only parts is if someone made some custom subs for them

Posted by KrayZJool on 04-19-2004 05:02 AM:

subbers

after some confusion, i too figured out the sub thing...

but why the fuck didnt just make english subs for the jap parts by default!? instead of all english for english words.. bah!

anywho, i edited the sub file so that only the japanese parts are subbed in english, and english vocals are left as is....

it was about 30mins work cause i had to edit the file manually in notepad deleting the crap i dont want, but its worth it!

so get deleting people! or come find me on efnet and i can hook u up....

How come my DVD Player in my room can't read this movie? Is it because it's DivX? Because the Kill Bill Vol.2 works in my DVD Player. Hmmm...anybody actually succeed in burning this movie onto two cd-r, and it actually work in a home DVD Player? If anybody can tell me how to get this to work, it would be very much appreciated...thanks.
