The difference between the samples on my 32" TV is not that big really. The sound? Well, a little better. The disortion? Well, a little better. If my eyes don't decieve me the Incite version seems to have better colours aswell.

Judging from the samples I would reate this release:

8/9/10

(Yep, I HAVE seen the movie in theaters)

I realy really hope this release solves the audio probs from the ALLiANCE-version...
Will let you know if it does, once completed.

Why do some people experience the bad sound in that ALLiANCE-release and others not?
You might expect that when even a releasegroup like iNCITE has noticed those probs, it is not a matter of simply missing codecs... (if I was the only one then it would be the case...)

yeah i had noticed the same problem the overnormalization on the allaince rip can be compensated if the sound hardware/equipment on your pc is really good. not all people have like soundblaster cards and all that will compensate for it.

I tried playing both rips on a few computers around here since i had already burnt the alliance rip by the time the proper was released. 4 of the 7 computers the distortion was more than audible while the other 3 computers it wasnt as bad. It was still there but I had to increase the volume level of the speakers really high to hear it. On the 4 that were audible it was on normal level. The 4 that had the problems had either just a normal sound card or used teh onboard sound adapter. The others were like turtle beach or sound blaster cards.

Just what i found out, of the two rips the incite one is the way to go it is a valid proper since the alliance rip will not sound right on all comptuers and there is no real gaurantee that your computer will be able to play/hear it right

As promised I would let you know the result:
It DID solve the soundproblems (which I experienced with the ALLiANCE-release) for me!

So thx to INCiTE for providing this *proper* (yes for me it is a proper, no matter that some NFORCE guys nuked it for being an invalid proper)!

Nice

This is a nice release. All the codecs on my pc are messed up so i just watch movies on xbox media center anyway (even the samples).

Judging this release on how it looked on my tv, i would give it

9/9/7.5

Video is fine, the aspect ratio is a little small (not a problem just a little small, coulda stretched it a bit if i wanted)

Audio i would never complain about it, its fine.

About the movie... It was a little weird for a comedy. I took the movie a little more seriously than it shoulda been taken, as its only a comedy! Things didnt work out the way you wanted them to at the end... Which was pretty dissapointing. That guy/woman was hillarious though:
