If this is a real dvdrip it will have the added footage like the young Anakin (Hayden Christensen) at the end appearing next to Yoda and Obi-Wan as a ghost figure... If it doesn't have that footage then this is not a dvdrip.

But that change won't be officially confirmed until sometime before September, so there's no telling if this is legit or not. That photoshoped pic of him did come from AICN, you know.

The best *ORIGNAL* Starwars is The empire strikes back.

But each to his own i suppose.

Yes, ESB is by far the best star wars film ever.

ROTJ was ok, not great, but ok.

Lando was cool though.

It's already been confirmed that Hayden Christensen has done work and that he does in FACT appear in Return of the Jedi... so again, if this rls does not feature him then it is not a real dvdrip. Because there was no dvd done for the "original"... just the newest special edition with even more added footage/changes.

personally i'm curious as to why ep6. could be down to a billion reasons, and i'm curious george the curious monkey.

glad its a real dvdrip, as i was getting sick and tired of the fakes ("dvdscr" yeah right) , but im buying the boxset anyway so probably won't spoil it for myself. nice to get clear feedback on whats in and whats out before i part with my cash tho.

Flix could be getting themselves some fame from this.

Currently, its reported that maybe this rip isnt the full retail version, that maybe its a work in progress, according to some insiders, and that there are still changes that will appear on the Sept dvd that this does not contain.

Flix has been around awhile and just about always puts out good releases.

September retail date isn't that far away and I bet this is the final version. Whenever I hope to see "more" from Lucasfilm I'm usually let down. NO extended saber duel in Episode I and just a bunch of crap deleted scenes from the prequel dvd's so far.... Lucasfilm will certainly release special prequel editions sometime down the road to get even more money and keep sucking as much as they can from movies they should just FINISH and stop changing.

i dont think it is.

there are purple and pink sabers, ie darth vaders,

there are a few other things that dont quite look like a finished product.
