Plot Outline: A mysterious serial killer is hunting other serial killers - and one FBI agent suspects there may be more to the vigilante than they imagine.

Looks to be a good movie, it's a cam, video seems decent, audio could use little help!!

Like PlanetSmasher said, the video is pretty good by cam standards, but the audio sucks. I will be watching this rls because the movie sounds interesting, but not good enough to warrant waiting for even a TS

Vid is FS so gotta be cropped a lot, but pretty decent, though to me it looks like its a bit shaky. 7

Audio: Hollowand with a tin-can effect, but pretty clear. 7

Definatley nice and early, too bad it isnt perfect. Voices sound distant and hollow. Video is a lil dark and colors arent vibrant like maven and videocd. Movie looks like i'll wait for a dvdrip. Nothing too special.

VERY VERY nice for a pre-release CAM. The movie was pretty good expected abit more though.

typical sWs cam. ok video, ok sound... for a cam. The movie looks sweet, tho it'll prolly bomb.

Ya it's hardly in production it opens this Friday. 27th, and it looks fucking excellent. 3> Ben Kingsley.

This movie surprised me .. was supposed to be limited at first (which pissed me off) but i guess the movie industry got some sense into themselves and changed it to a nationwide movie .. w00t.

Normal sWs CAM .. nothing special, picture is good, audio aint that great. Only a day 1/2 pre-theater release but i think it's worth getting if you don't want to wait for a better release.

this is just like sWs last rls. Video is really nice for a cam, but dark too. audio is not that good . haven't watched the movie yet

Can someone describe the issues with the audio rather then just saying 'it's not good'? What is it - too soft? too loud? hollow? crowd noise????? Little explanation would help. Thanks.

Review from Sample + CD1

VIDEO - 7/8 Usual sWs Cam quality. Nice pic.

AUDIO - Bug'd the hell out of me on the stereo/TV but slight
hiss on the pc/headphones. Wish they had used the direct sound they had for Open.Water

MOVIE - ?? Looks good. I will either watch the rest of CD2 on the PC tonight or wait for a solid TS with direct audio. Props for the 1-2 day pre theater release. Hope to see more from you soon sWs.

I played it through a Sony receiver with a preset set to A.F.D. and that remedied the sound issue. It was actually very audible after choosing that setting whereas, the standard surround sound simulation and even 2ch audio muffled the sound pretty bad. So I'd recommend some kind of equalizer band receiver for this. A lot of the junk can be filtered out without having to do any software manipulation.

Video was zoomed to hell and back and dark.

Sound makes you want to cut your wrist.

Movie was good but, expected more from the trailers.

I will rent this when it comes out on video to see all the stuff I couldnt see. I'm sure I missed something

Methinks sWs is trying to get good marks by issuing small samples... I watched the first half of this one. Video is damn near fullscreen, but it's clean. Audio is OK. The movie thus far rocks.
