decent quality, not as good as some screeners. PROPERTY OF DREAMWORKS is in white at the top, and not too bothersome. pretty good movie though.

NOX doesn't seem to get the best screeners .. or they just don't know how to encode them. Anyways, great movie - loved it. Classic idea and definately in the top 50 list of this year. Movies just keep getting shittier and shittier imo. Either it's lameass remakes of 5-100 year old movies - or just plain stupid ideas, like White Chicks for example .. oh well, either way this is a must get. Like Rep said that watermark isn't very annoying. Picture is kinda blurry but definately watchable. Audio is surprisingly nice..grab this if you can

Looks nice, a little blurry but definatley watchable, audio's nice too. Ain't watched it yet, but love all Hanks' movies. not to fussed about the watermark or anything.

Audio is ok, not the best for a screener but good. Video is, how do I put it, to low for a screener. Maybe it was the source or maybe it's just the encoding but the video quality just isn't that good. It's very watchable and you probably won't even realy notice it when you watch in on your tv.

Will be sufficient till a dvdscr.

Sorry Nox but I think I'll pass..I watched the SVCD TS proper by VideoCD and this streets in November in the USA...So i'm all set till retail..Props on the rls though

Pretty good quality for VHS screener. No complains for video or audio quality. The watermarks are visible but no big deal.

Movie is excellent!

the pic on this is a little nice. but watermarks are just bad sometimes, especially if you burn to dvd and keep as a collectors item. the Matine and Videocd SVCD teleysync's I'll keep til retail..

I really like this movie and will purchase the dvd.

Late reply, but i only watched this whole release last night. I think the encoding could be better, from a VHS source this seemed a little too blocky. Scrolling messages through different parts of the screen, b/w switching both in this as well, quite annoying.

Pretty good movie with nice quality and sound. Some parts are black & white to prevent piracy.

What can I say that others havent? Not the best, but certainly not the worst Screener! Would rate the Video as 7, Audio 6 movie....hmmm 5 tops I think. Not one of Hanks best.

Picture is somewhat grainy and blurred at times, kinda like an VHS-3-generation-copy.

What I can't understand if how they could mess up the sound so hard. Fine, you can hear the actors, but what about over-volume during music? It's over-amped with atleast 50% making all 'grandius' music sound appaling...bad work on the coders behalf.

Movie is 'meh, ok'. Tom Hanks is always great, but the movie is a little to obious at times...at-least they changed the ending (from her going with him downtown), that would have made it a mockery to the viewers.

Don't wast your money in the cinema-release, but pick it up at the gas-station together with some popcorn and watch it with your wife/girlfriend.
