Well in their nfo, they did say that they knew about the 1 cd rule, but this movie desrves the AC3 and thus 2 cds..

got nuked for that, i dunt realy see anything wrong, i would get the AC3 2cd version anyday over the 1 cd.. but rules are rules..

We break rules by downloading these films.

Rules are made to be broken, and these ones are very outdated, while i dont agree with releasing DL DVD's, we dont need people pulling us backwards either.

This is a near 2 hour action thriller with a great soundtrack, who the hell would want a blocky mp3 version of it.
I personally beliver all avi releases should be 2CD AC3 regardless of Minimum length

would you believe it? it was actually nuked for not being 1 cd... lol screw that- obviously the rules suck, they dont really serve any purpose, and in this case, prove to be totally pathetic, messed up, and detrimental to the scene... this is an excellent release, and it NEEDED the ac3 (and im so glad brutus gave it to us...), crisp, clean, vibrant, KICKASS SOUND. - screw anyone who rigidly sticks to the rules in this case... we know who the hero is, and who brought it to us the best...

...heres hoping (out of respect for this allready perfect release, and an amazing group that is brutus...) no other groups release a 'proper' single cd release...

...but i doubt it... we'll see a stupid 1 cd release before long... but i know which version im sticking with!!

funny nuked for being ac3... i personally prefer ac3 sound over mp3.. whatever the runlength.. an action movie has to have ac3 sound for enjoying it... thr rips kool... clean video, excellent audio and movie turns out to be better than the first part

Finished watching right now, screw that lame rule. Ac3 is a must for this.

Subs are a couple of seconds off on the second CD... making them too annoying to be of any use.

Movie was dissapointing.. loved the first one - maybe it's just because I was tired when I watched it, I hope so.

Good movie, darker but as good as the first one.

I'm not really that big on AC3 audio, I don't own a surround system, so it wouldn't get any use from me. I do own a divx/xvid dvd player which is nice...so if i get a surround sound system, I may tend to pay more attention to it, but for now, It's not very important to me.

What sort of source is the rip officially from? It seems excessively blocky at times for a 2CD DVD rip. There's just something about it.

Perhaps it could be from a PDVD source, maybe?

overall, if its revealed that this isn't retail, and a 'proper' is later released, i wouldn't bother with it, because this release is definately good enough for me. i doubt its pdvd, could it be a dvdscr? but without the b&w or advertising (like i, robot)? but then, do dvdscr ever actually have 5.1 ch ac3? i dunno, this release looks nice enough to me.

That would be the same PDVD that had translated and subbed the movie in both spanish and french?
Also made animated menus and, as previously noted, a 5 channel ac3?
Good bootleg team, maybe universal should hire them!

You can get PDVD's with all of what you've mentioned in them.

Others have speculated whether the actual source retail DVD is inherently grainy, so that could possibly explain the "look" of the film. I must admit I'm not totally convinced, but I'll go with it... for now

Granted i don't get many bootleg dvds so i'll take your word for it there. But given the record of both these groups i see no reason to believe it's anything but the final retail copy.

Guys im new on this XVID movies.. ive already download 3 BRUTUS movie RIPS first is spiderman 2 then harry potter 3 and the last is Borune supremacy.. all those three have poor sound.. i mean i need to set my pc to maximum volume just to hear it clear.. then i tried using a headset still not good.. i compared those movies to the others ive downloaded.. there is a huge difference... can anyone help me with this ? thanx in advance..

All those releases have AC3. Check your AC3 filter settings.
