Posted by Neversoft on 10-24-2004 02:53 PM:

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ

1 DO NOT ASK HOW TO OBTAIN RELEASES You can not download from VCDQuality, this is a NEWS site.

2 WE DON'T CARE WHERE YOU DOWNLOAD FROM! Keep it to yourself, do not discuss your sources.

3 NO FLAMING OTHER USERS! Stick to rating the quality and note any problems you feel with the release.

4 NO GROUP DICK-SUCKING We do not want to hear any shit about "Ooooh. Where's Group-X?" or "I'll wait for Group-X's release" until they release it!

5 If you cant abide by the above rules. Get the fuck out, nobody wants you here!

Now, play nice folks

LOL, the rules are in every thread as they were being constantly broken before.

As for this, I dont really see a point in it, the CBR nuke was obviously wrong as VCD's have to be CBR, but also have to be mpeg1, but has anyone anctually had a problem with it on they're DVD player, ive tried it on 3 and they all play it fine.

But i suppose you gotta have standards.
