Blocking out timers...

I'm looking for the quickest and easiest way to blur over the timers from screener releases.
thx for any help guys.

(plz don't suggest sticky tape on the screen )

this has been addressed before, i believe there is an option/plugin for tmpgenc that does it, search the forums the answer is around here somewhere....

I tried the search option here b4 posting this thread and have since tried again but as this forum is quite large i am unable to find the thread concerning the help i need.
I was after a little bit more advice other than just the name of a plugin. (maybe a link to a tutorial some1 knows of?) thx all the same
