Schizo NFO guys. You say: "Our sole reason for existence is to enlighten the ignorant of movies actually worth watching." Above this, however, you say that Wimbledon is a "GAY MOVIE DON'T WATCH" and "Enjoy This Fag Of A Movie!"

ooooo-kay.

Anyway, thanks. I actually want to SEE this butt-pirate of a movie, but there was never a decent copy.

EDIT: Reading what Mystic had to say, I think I'll wait a little longer.

I was at Wimbledon when they where filming this movie last summer so it held some "special" interest to me.
Well the movie is ok and better than many released this autumn/fall as for this release...
7.5/8/7
Picture is the usual screener quality, audio is good.
To sumise it is by far the best release of the movie i have seen.
A movie worth watching on a sunday afternoon.

Not bad from VideoCD. Coulors look a bit washed. There is a small "Property of Universal" at the top centre of the movie. Sound is very good. It's an OK screener.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ

1 DO NOT ASK HOW TO OBTAIN RELEASES You can not download from VCDQuality, this is a NEWS site.

2 WE DON'T CARE WHERE YOU DOWNLOAD FROM! Keep it to yourself, do not discuss your sources.

3 NO FLAMING OTHER USERS! Stick to rating the quality and note any problems you feel with the release.

4 NO GROUP DICK-SUCKING We do not want to hear any shit about "Ooooh. Where's Group-X?" or "I'll wait for Group-X's release" until they release it!

5 If you cant abide by the above rules. Get the fuck out, nobody wants you here!

Now, play nice folks

For a videocd release, i'm a little disappointed, especially due to this being a screener, quality isn't quite up to scratch

Video: Colours are a bit off, picture quality is a bit lower than VHS quality

Sound: Can't be faulted

Movie: Haven't watched, not sure if it's my type of movie

6/8/x

This looks like an nth gen copy.

Pic is bright, VERY washed out and overly sharp. Not only that but it jumps around all over the place at the start. Settles down though after 2mins.

Small property of at the start and also a 1-800-NOCOPYS scrolling watermark at random intervals.

The audio is flat and shit with absolutely no body to it.

Still, it's better than the other releases out right now. Just a shame it couldn't have been cleaned up a bit better. And whoever the encoder of this rls was, they should be shot for making it so damn sharp.

5/4

edit: I should also point out that the scrolling watermark is run all over the screen. not just along the bottom.

edit2: also has LONG black and white scenes.

Hence they enlighten the ignorant to the fact that this is a "fag of a movie" and not "actually worth watching"

As for this Screener its average, slightly blurry nothing to write home to mom about but a very nice release nonetheless

7/7/?

Anyone else notice the screen pulling at the bottom? It's as though the tracking was fucked. Also might well have something to do with the fact it's on nth generation coy as mystic said.

Not bad .. colors aren't the best .. gonna wait for retail on most of these screeners

I couldn't have said it better myself. Not a very good SCREENER. I think i may hang onto my POT cam for NOW hehe.. Muddled and blurry pic, black and white, and scrolling and sound is muffled..

crappy colors and a static watermark
sound isnt so bad
6/7

Well, it's better than that cam out there ( I couldn't watch that one....)

Colors range ok to good. A bit blocky for my taste also. Not used to seeing that in a quality release. heh

Sound is great, no complaints at all there.

Movie itself was alright, predictable but fun overall. And I like Kirsten Dunst anyways. :}

7-9-7 is my score
