I don't think it's a reencode, it is labeled as a screener.. So I doubt it is a reencode of CTP's version.

The fact that the AR is a little off and that the right side of the picture seems to be further away than the left makes me thing this either a recode of CTP, or its a totaly new TS altogether. I seriously doubt that this is a screener.
