did any of you even see the sample?


to me it seems a bit blurry, but not too bad. but theres a slight yellow hint it looks like to me, or a dulling of whites..


property of universal msg at the top was there throughout the sample, dont know if its throughout the movie, but def is in the sample the full time..


maybe its just the mj but i think it looks yellow


Audio is fine, sounds like a first gen tape. all in all a good rel, but a bit of a tint bugs me a bit..

Seems pretty fast for a Screener, might just be me but could this be the start of Oscar Screener Season?

Colors are washed and the release has a lot of pixilization. Yellowish tint slightly dark. Sound is your basic vhs screener audio. Universal Property mark smack dead in the middle top of the screen.


Video = 6
Audio = 8
Movie = 9 ( great art work and a great piece of history )

film not watched in full yet

another VHS screener from VideoCD. Seems fairly early. I really wanna watch this version, but its a bit blocky and color is off. The logo is NOT placed for our viewing pleasure. PROPS on the release, but i'm fine with the TS POT till retail

Not a bad release but I dont mind scrollers, but I think if theres gonna be a tag at eye level throughout the movie. DO NOT RELEASE IT. Who wants to watch a movie with that there?

im new to vcdq forums, been in scene for about a year or so
why are screeners always vcd?
its got "Property Of Universal" at the top, i think its all da way through it but i might be wrong
its kinda blocky, colours seemed to be a tiny bit off but other than that good quality

[EDIT:: VCD is used as the source was VHS. VCD is more than adequate for VHS and SVCD would've made no difference to the quality - Neversoft]

no copies scroller,b&w scenes and property of universal tag which is not quite eye level I've seen better vhs screeners but with the bullshit aside it is decent quality 6/8/8

This has a screener water mark at the top that says "Property of universal".
There are scroolers in the middle and at the bottom.
