Encryted Video Stream

Hello All,

I am running into a small problem when trying to convert a SVCD to DVD compatible format. I get through 77% of the Demux of the file then it comes up with the error that the video stream is encrypted.

I have tried to run the MPG through VCDGear, TMPGenc, MainConcept and CuCuSoft Avi to ... I still can't get this file to repair or decrypt so I can burn it on to a DVD.

Any ideas as to what I need to do or do I have to stick with SVCD format on this one.
