Can anyone help me?
I can download films and make them into a bin/cue file. But how can i watch the cue file to see what the quality is like before i burn it??
I can make a cue file from a rar set but unable to view it? if you have not guest yet i am quite new to this but getting there whith hell from you all???

I'll answer, but only because the words 'bin' 'cue' and 'rar' are too short to include in a search. 
To view a .cue file, you open it with notepad. There is no video in there, just instructions for your burning program. To view the .bin file, you can either extract the mpg with something like Isobuster and play it in your usual media player, or mount it using a virtual drive, i.e. Alcohol 120%, daemon tools, etc. then play it in your usual media player.

Jenny is right... Your best best is to just grab Alcohol 120% - It's capable of both "virtual drives" (so you can view the ISO) and burning ISO images to CD/DVD.
