-- The Aviator *REAL PROPER* - DVD SCR - BMF (http://www.vcdhq.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=53793)
pixelation & bad quality on Tsunami-appeal?
this is badly blown out of proportion, the release is fine
from sample, don't see any need to get this instead
tN
The Tsunami xvid isnt a patch on this - its questionable quality, not as bad as some say,but there is so many versions of this around now you might as well get the best - which is this 1 (unless you d,load the dvdr- & this isnt far off it) .the 4 disc svcd was also spot on.but for 1 gig more you could get the Tsunami dvdr, they fecked the xvid up the source was mint.but if you not quite d,loaded 10gig of The Aviator yet then get this 1 .!
9 /9 / 8
*waves at tN*
OMFG! THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TSUNAMI RELEASE! PEOPLE SAYING OTHERWISE NEED TO GET SUFFICENT EQUIPMENT, CODECS, OR SOFTWARE TO PLAY IT PROPERLY. JEEEEZZZZZZZZZZZZ!
P.S. Auuming one of the above three is the reason people are seeing the
Tsunami release as bad, I don't how see any other XVID/DIVX release will play properly on their PC or TV.
TSanami version
I'll d/load the TSunami version, try it and watch if its ok. If not that good, I wont watch it but Im not gonna run home to mommy like what alot of people on here sound like they do!! Just be grateful you can get movies like Aviator so quickly after cinema release, stop putting groups work down you pratts!!!
Every release of this film looks like shit to me, Ive saw CD1 of the Tsunami XVID and samples form the other two, samples from both SVCD's and the full DVDR, and every one has problems of some sort.
The people who cant notice anything wrong, have to get they're eyes checked, or they're just used to poor quality stuff.
you're just extremly picky,
man there are soo many rls out dunno which one to d/l ...dunno which one works fine....dunno which is complete.....
can anyone lemme know if there is nothing wrong witht this...and if it has the complete ending?
Get this release.Im not usually picky. However This movie is exellent and deserves to be watched properly the bitrate on others were under 1000 terrible.Get the "REAL" pROPER this one.
LOL, this place make me laugh sometimes, this looks no better than the Tsunami release to me, and why should it, the bitrate will be exactly the same as the Tsunami one, they're both 2CD AC3 rips, its just BMF picked a high motion clip for they're sample.
Wheres this 1000+ bitrate come from, for a film this length with 5.1 sound the bitrate will be no more than 6-700 average on both releases.

What's most annoying on this release is each CD has different audio formats so it will not join up in Nandub!!!!
worse than that, tmpgenc cant convert it... it doesnt take the file for some reason...
Is there a quality copy out there for playing on a stand-alone DVD player?
Thanks.
gr8 movie
i like the quality and the sound. hey everyone i have a question yall talk about using this and using that to burn the movie on to dvd and a whole lotta other stuff what about windvd creator.tats what i use and i get the best dvd quality that'll play on any dvd player also has anyone of you tried windows media encoder 9 series you can change the audio from 2 channel to 6 and change the picture resolution to high def . and BMF i must say great video and great audio
Is there any reason why the first 50 mins are blue?
no sound!!
i cant get any sound from this?!!
just pictures!!
can someone help me!!?
cheers!!!
I don't know if it was my player or not, but the sync was so far out of wack when i was watching the Tsunami release, it was ridiculous. Picture and audio was good, sync, sucked my ass. Good release with this group though
