"This is a car advertisement from somewhere. When they finished filming the ad, the people who made it noticed something moving along the side of the car, like a ghostly white mist, they also heard weird noises. The ad was never put on TV because the unexplained ghostly phenomenon frightened the production team out of their wits. Watch it and about halfway look and you will see the white mist crossing in front of the car then following it along the road and you will hear the weird noises. . . spooky!

lololololol
VideoCD = n00bs...it's their second release with such nuke reason
interesting - they didn't make such errors when they were releasing TS's/TC's (and they were also SVCD!)

Maybe DVD screeners are a different sub-department of videocd, with a different encoder, being part of the massive l33t group that VideoCD are!
I'm just shit stirring really
etherz
dvd scr quality. bitrate still plays in my standalone so im happy with it, calling videocd n00bs is a little harsh considering they have alot of nice releases out. but anyways videcd, change your encoding settings so you dont get that ugly little icon next to your releases anymore

some people .. ..
i shouldn`t even comment cause they should know this already.
"horrible timer .... couldve moved it over a little!!!!" sais Hairyhamster.
now, anyone who has ever seen a DVD SCR
or knows 'anything' about them, knows
that the person / persons who posted it online
has no control over the timer, or it's position.
if they did, i`m sure they would prefer not to
put one at all.
stick to commenting on the quality of the movie.
and not it's little defects for something u are
probably going to download for free.

Opinions are like azzholes, everyones got one, and yours stinks.
well all groups should stick to the bloody rules, just because videocd bought us quality telesyncs in the past, doesn't give them the right to ignore "scene rules" (that is if they are doing it on purpose). If they are not, i agree, on the fact they have a noob encoder..simple AS..
As for the release, 9/9/?...why 9 for video, because it works fine on my dvd player
Dont know if this has something to do with
this Bitrate thing but...
cd2 has lines horizontal like that
interlaced thing, is it just me?
movies not bad, but the good old
lampoons movies need to come back.
these last two just aint that funny.
playing on a XB
