How to add a watermark to a MPG file?

Hey I ripped and encoded a file from a vhs tape in my room. My question is, how do I add a watermark to to video? You know, the ones that say "Ripped by: ..."

I don't want something that covers the whole screen, just a little logo in the corner that stays for about 2 minutes or something. Thanks in advance for any help.
