used winavi, movie too long for 1 dvd?

i used winavi to convert avi to dvd, but since it was longer than 4.7 gigs it put it in two folders (which is a nice feature) but how can i put them on the same dvd? is there a way to do it with dvd shrink? if so i can't figure out how

go to settings in winavi and set the out put file to a smaller setting. and read the help files. you can learn a lot there
