Didnt like the movie because I see enough of that every day of my life... If you like urban, and gang life this one might be for you, I prefer other forms of real life documentry's over this...

here's what we think this thing is....
apparently there is some gang banger loser named Skinny Surge who puts out bootleg underground urban rap I'm-a-Spike-Lee-wannabe-documentaries. There have been a whole series of them. The one in this rls has become famous in the sports world for featuring NBA Denver Nuggets basketball player Carmelo Anthony in his hometown ghetto neighborhood in Baltimore.

So this filmmaker guy walks around the streets with a low-quality handheld camcorder. Then transfers the film to a dvd. This isn't your production-quality dvd, probably just produced on a $1000 dvd duplicator or even a $60 dvdburner. Then they get distributed over misc websites, like:

Since this isn't a movie that's gonna be played in theaters, this isn't really a CAM. It appears to be an actual dvdrip , to vcd format. And then labeled as

Stop.Snitching.READNFO.CAM-Pv
where correct label should have been:

Stop.Snitching.VCD.DVDRip.READNFO-Pv

The vid and aud are not 'bad' per say. If you have ever taken your own personal handheld camcorder around and filmed your friends talking....that is what this is. Vid is grainy and aud goes in and out of loudness, depending on how far away the friend is from the cam's mic. However, this definitely is not a theater-cam, as the tagging suggests.

Definatly VCD rip of a poorly manufactured DVD. BS and boring movie, unless you're one of the friends of the people in the video.

Not sure how to rate other than "watchable" (as a retail would probably only be a 7/9/4 )

Is it just me or is CD1 & CD2 the same thing?.
