Finally, something actually worth a watch. I have been waiting to see this movie for quite some time now.

From the Sample.

Colors a tad washed, nice WS Pic, and Excellent DTS sound. I say grab it Mega PROPS to TUN for ending a very terrible run of bad pre and shit cams..Bring on some more.

7.5/8.5/? Dunno watching tonight. Heard it was great though.

Thumbs up

the competitions over with this release and TUN have won hands down.this will be the best we'll get till retail.so,get this one.
couldn't fault this one as far as a telecine goes. i don't think the colours that bad enough to complain about (compared to the crap thats been released recently). so...............ENJOY!!!

respect to TUN for this and all their past TC's, they're much appreicated TUN

9/9/?

Fantastic effort by TUN! I was deciding whether or not to blow bandwidth on the LRC release when this TC came along.

It might not have the colour saturation of, say, a Chakra release, but compared to all previous releases of this film, and most of the recent releases in general, it's brilliant.

8/9/6

What can i say TUN, excellent TC once again, you have owning lately please keep them rolling in. Sound is EXCELLENT.
8/9/?

Real nice Tc from you guys

Videos Slightly grainy but over all grt

I usually never post but I was wondering if anyone has actually seen this release. Yes, it's a beautiful transfer and far better than the ones that have come out recently but the entire kick-ass opening sequence of the film has been cut off. Those scenes are essential in developing the lead character and should not have been omited. This is not the complete movie, so if anyone wants the ENTIRE release, they should wait for a screener or dvd retail rip. Sorry if I burst anyones bubble on this.

My ratings for this are:

Video 7: (missing beginning)
Audio 9: (excellent DTS)
Movie 9: (best release of 2005 so far)

telecines rule

...yes the opening sequence is missing but tbh it dont have a huge impact on the rest of the movie imo.

Yes Dvdguy after watching this release and then going back to LRC's Reels of this movie there is a full 5 mins missing of the intro scene which is the buildup to the lead character

So yes this should be nuked for incomplete but what a grt shame

permit to say, of what i've found over net, this is pure garbage.

Thank you.

Posted by xtrilogy on 02-13-2005 09:34 PM:

Usually I never Post, but like the previous post said, the first 5 minutes that build up to the character, is missing. Flick is kinda usesless with out it. Hopefully a repack or a seperate post of the five minutes would be nice !

Vid=9 if all of it was there
Aud=9
Mov=8

Posted by nicam on 02-13-2005 09:34 PM:

Quality is great on this release finally will be able to see this movie 8/8/?

Posted by Madmax on 02-14-2005 03:16 AM:

I wonder if Meteor's dvd-r release is missing the first 5 mins as stated above?,or did Tun possibly delete it due to size restrictions of making it within 2 svcd's?
Great job by both groups none the less.
