Viewing Sample from a Handful of RAR's

Not sure if this has been answered elsewhere but I havent seen it.
How do you view a part of the video you are downloading when you only have a few of the RAR set? The file inside the RAR set is an IMG (bin/cue).

You haven't seen it posted yet or you haven't looked????

VLC Player is a good one.
