video looks like its stolen from the wastedsilver cam (im guessing this because it nearly looks exactly the same, but the ar is screwed on this one from what seems to be reencoding wastedsilver's release... squished fat heads), audio ... good and in sync (as far as the sample at least).

video - 6.5 ... looks exactly like wastedsilvers + bad ar making squished heads

Enough said .. as mentioned above actors look squished. Only thing changed is audio (which is direct for those who think its a CAM (from sample) , for opinion on quality check WastedSilver thread

hmm.. Watedtime was good enough for me.. this movie and good. I guess grab Wastedtimes version and demux the audio from this puppy and you got a really good TS.. without the Squish :P

you can tell for sure , at the end of cd1/beginning of cd2 there is a guy that gets up from his seat for popcorn and comes back.

looks like they squished down the vid in order to make it look slightly more widescreen
audio = fine

the video wasn't stolen from wastedsilver.... the silver of this movie has been on the street since thursday. wastedsilver just bought a copy and tar'd it up and uploaded it. these guys apparantly did the same and added dts, so stop saying it's stolen.

Video - Same silver, doesn't appear to have had extra work done to the video from the WastedSilver release. Bit dark, tilted slightly, but overall of a decent quality. Same flickering on the sides as WastedSilver.

Audio - Nice and direct, no problems at all really.

Sorry moderators but No one can seem to post on the quality of this release even though there is a thread for it. Feel free to move the post if u must.


Reading the NFO this is clearly just a touched up corrected AR Camera tilt pre of the NBP release. I give them PROPS for acknowledging the NBP groups effort and providing proof that this is NBP source silver.
That being said this release is NOT by any means a perfect SVCD TS and therefore internal but it does do what is says. It cleans up some of the pixelation of the VCD release and brings out more colors. Also there is absolutely NO tilt to the Picture in this release. The pic is still Muddy, dark and unclear but it is watchable. The sound is of course DTS. The Bottomline: its a marginable improvement over the NBP release, but it still has a long way to go.

Had no interest in seeing this movie to be honest, till i seen it kicked ass over Christina Ricci's Cursed (no suprise there) & Tommy Lee Jones's Man of the House at this weekends boxoffice.
