havent seen the dample only the jpgs so i cant judge...

Based on the jpegs I would have to give this a 5.8 for video.
However, maybe the jpegs are just low quality. If that is the case, then better care might be taken to insure that jpegs reflect the true quality of the release.

a lil blurry but watchable

Workprints with subs...I have scary movie 1 with subs (workprint), and signs (workprint version) with subs, and Halloween 8 w/subs workprint... It happens a lot.

The quality is about a 5.8 for video. Audio is good though, maybe a 7 or 7.5

but yes... what workprint has subs!?!?

scary movie 1 workprint owned, i liked it better than the real movie.... and yes u can get a workprint with subs, u ever think maybe a guy who gets workprints sold it to a vcd presser in asia and then they put subs on? u know most groups dont get stuff directly from the source, half of em use silvers

i have no problem with anyone using silvers, because most (i say most...) of the time the quality is good. (most).

Besides, when they use silvers, it saves me the time of having to find them...

Ok, im just a little confused, i thought production of this ceased a few years ago. Is this just a major deleyed release or something new altogether?

production ceased ? no this movie is still coming out, from the same director of sex, lies, and videotape if any of ya are old enough to member that classic...anyhow, as for a workprint having subtitles, it happens, and its mainly so movie companies can also do a semi early screening of the movie, if u frequent imdb.com there are new movies that already have review of them based off early workprints, like the new steven dorf film feardotcom, which looks pretty good...anyhow, this happens alot and previous workprints have had subtitles, if you dont believe, dont argue about it, this is a nice release regardless, the quality is good, if u dont agree or dont care to download it, then shut your mouth and leave the thread open for people who are interested in movies and not lame flaming, or what u and the only topsite admin u know had for dinner, and what it was nuked, cause no one is really interested unless it is a valid reason, other than that, just my opinion, and there plenty more of it to come....
