WinAvi Video_Ts Folders
I grabbed Be.Cool.DVDSCR.XviD-DoNE the other day and converted it to DVD using WinAvi, i batch encoded them so i didn't have to sit there and start the second one..simple enough.
it gave me a video_ts and audio_ts folder for each cd of the movie that it encoded, I wanna put both halves on one dvd but i tried just dragging the folders into nero under the dvd video option, it let me put the first half on (so just one video_ts folder and one audio_ts folder) but when i tried to just drag the second in it wouldn't let me. an error like.. "cannot have file names identical. cannot rename vts_vob1.bup" or soemethin like that
was wondering if i can get those to go on the dvd somehow or If just joining the 2 avi files and converting that into dvd would just be easier..just thought i would try the other way to save some encoding time since its already done.
(ps. i tried searching the forums but theres a 4 letter restriction so it wouldn't accept dvd or video ts)
Unzip tar, rar, and bin to make avi. Open Nero start smart, make your own dvd-video option, add video files, merge titles (1-avi and 2-avi), click on more, video options, uncheck create menu and nver use blank thumbnails (unless you want menu), if both files are too big for 4.7 dvdr - click on video options, dvd-video tab, quality settings - custom, decrease bit rate to fit both avi in 1 dvdr, click next and next and wait for about 2 to 4 hrs, and done.
i am assuming you are using win avi 6.2. if not get it.
highlight both files and add to winavi. make sure they are in sequence. then convert. you will get 1 video_ts folder and the film is fully joined.
