Foreign Films

I've wondered for awhile now why hindi / french / or other non english movies are not moved to Foreign Releases ???

My guess is that its generally hard to sort everything out into different categories, especially after so many foreign rips have been in different cats. already.

AFAIK, it's down to the "updater" who adds the release to the site - but I'm a Mod not an Updater so don't quote me on that.

Generally speaking the rule is to list a release that is in any way understandable to an English-speaking audience (e.g. via subtitles) in the appropriate non-Foreign section. If a release is meant solely for a foreign audience, then it goes in the Foreign section.

However, as you've noticed, nobody seems to follow this rule.
