Is it just me or is this interlaced also?
PowerDVD says interlaced. Is that an accurate assessment?
Just thought I'd mention it.

Kids watched this and said it was great, mine aint that fussy though but it looked fine to me.

the movie was good and this release was a waste it looked fine on the t.v. in original release....no need to rerip and the rip is worse...

9/0/8 movie was better than I thought...

Personally I think you need to either visit your doctor to get your hearing problem sorted out, or loan us the magic software you use that re-syncs and repairs bad audio.

8/7/8

Watched on standalone player:

Good Picture, slight audio sync at end of disc 2 but hardlly noticable but is a bit annoying at end of 2nd disc as it's part of the finishing phrases from Vin Diesel.

Something not mentioned is that on disc 1 on two ocassions (one when russian? nanny speaks & other when Vin Diesel speaks to two chinese people) the sub-titles are in i think russian so you dont get to know what was said.

Othere than that i thought it was a reasonable family film & the kids will enjoy it (much better than kindergarden cop).

Question sync problems

try "THE FILM MACHINE" or" AVI2DVD" these programs sort out the sync and encodes, writes the dvd files and burns all in one. takes time but worth it.

Posted by Hairyhamster on 04-28-2005 10:18 AM:

it IS slightly out of sync...... not a keeper by any means but
very watchable and the sync issue really aint that bad
movie looks a right bag of bollocks, old vin should stick
to shooting people and blowing things up
