Listing of PAL or NTSC

I was wondering if the reviews-or information on the movies do, or if they could, list whether the file is a NTSC (352x240) or PAL (352x288)..or do they change often when different people encode them etc..

If its pal depends on the surce. So its realy just about what they can get first..
