Changing the fps to 25pal

hello all..
ive been trying to convert a movie thats 23.976fps to 25fps pal
everytime i do this the movie ends up with i jerky kind of picture..

ive been looking for ages on how to do this
but im now passed it looking and want some straight anwsers from the pros,,


any programs that can do this or any instrcutions on how to do this
will be great

ok i put it easy 4 u SOMETIMES
an vcd or divx or xvid is in 23.976 or 24.000 or 29.97... any of them.....

wot im trying to do is make them into 25 fps WITHOUT the jerky ness ..

ive try virtual dub and dubmod but they make the sound out of sync

i know this can be done

help anyone plz been looking to do this for ages and ages
