ive noticed lately VCDQ has shitload of Hindi releases, WTF is up with that no disrespect to hindus , but ive always seen VCDQ as a english language movie forum

ya ive noticed it too it seems like when nothing comes out for a few days the groups get bored and release what ever and thats when these hindi stuff starts comeing i remember one day i checked and there were like 6 2 in vcd 2 in xvid and a couple elsewhere

This movie was O. K. I would give it a 8.0 8.0 and a 7.0

i downloaded this when it first came out, but dvd is out now, anyway:

INDIAN GROUP BOLLYWOOD CAMS/TELESYNCS SUCK.the movies are like 3 hours, but most prints are missing from 1/2 to 1 hour of the movie usually (Mujhse Shaadi Karogi/Veer Zaara/Garam Masala anyone?)..most do not have subtitles (pretty much 99.99% of releases), and if they do, they come usually like 30 seconds late (Main Hoon Na) or the translator doesn't really know english themself and the caption turns out to be like "hi......my child....blindness......she has it....don't treat her so" (Black) or they appear on the screen itself and they don't show good (Garam Masala again), or if they show good on the screen, it's because the color is so washed out or the screen is horribly tilted so you can see the bottom (Kal Ho Naa Ho)...also its a piss off when you get a good, rare telesync or workprint, only for a non-transparent, moving logo to appear on it (Khakee)....the tape changes are usually in the middle of a song, or interesting scene (Kal Ho Naa Ho, Main Hoon Na, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Baghban, among others)...also, movies are sped up and cut scenes to fit time instead of learning to decrease file quality (Baghban, some Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham telecines)

Audio, don't get me started. The audio for telesyncs are usually cleaned up cams that sound horrible with fizzie sounds and pops and whatnot (Baghban) or if just a cam , not cleaned up, being mostly family movies, the kids will not shut up and stop singing horribly during songs (Garam Masala)

so i would like to thank the ENGLISH group for this release. the movie is nice, and the songs are beautiful, your release is great...video gets - 2 for the subtitles showing on the screen and its hard to see over the white (see shot number 2).... i dunno if the second set of subtitles is on the original release, but i think i have a reencode
