vob (video TS) burn to DVD R
Hey guys couldn't figure it out on my own, so thought I'd see if I could get some help.....the file was converted using VSO DIVX TO DVD, with the burn using "copy to dvd" option box CHECKMARKED. Here is the problem, I can't get these burning programs to recognize my DVD drive, its recognizing my CD drive ONLY, even if I go in the programs setting to highlight my "D" drive (for me DVD drive), it doesn't give me the option. I closed everything out and played a legit DVD in there, and it worked fine. The transfer in VSO DIVX took a few hours, the files are defiinitely there. I then tried NERO, and same thing, not recognizing my DVD drive. BY THE WAY, the only reason I'm messing with the DVD burning option, is because when I converted the ORIGINAL AVI file to vcd, the file was too big and I could never figure out how to get that done, was told this would be easier. I don't care one way or the other VCD/SVCD is great with me. As I said, I already have my "file" downloaded, have "X VIDEO CONVERTER" installed on my computer. Just need some advice as to the easiest way to get it from the hard drive onto a disk for viewing on a stand alone dvd player. THANKS A LOT
Sounds like Nero may need some updates for your DVD model - is it new? One of my burners required the latest updates to work.
