Far out, never seen NewMov release in VCDQuality. Normally I'd expect good quality from them for sure, sad that they didn't verify their source/release before releasing though.

I guess on the basis that it's not a retail DVD rip:

7/6/8 (or something around there, maybe lower. Soz NewMov

based on sample

5/7/?

bad resolution, if they are certain about source they should deffintly try and rerip it with proper specifications

sound seemed fine on my system, props for trying

Res should be sweet - 640 / 272 gives a 2.35:1 ratio, but we could never know if the ratio is 2.35:1 with proper cropping (no black borders, but not cutting out any picture) Certainly the DVD is 2.35:1, so whatever comes out being close to that 2.35:1 we'll have to accept

Yip, that's why it's sad that one of the only times NewMov gets a release out before other groups, it's bad :/

NewMov's done plenty of good stuff in the past.
