video playback takes a dump....
Ok i installed new nvidia drivers and now my video playback is all screwed up. The only way it plays normal is when i play in WMP and i uncheck the video overlay box in the preformance options. But in powerdvd i still get crapped up video. The video can be described as very saturated in colour, bright, or like the colour settings were fucked with. Anyone know what i can do? WMP plays it normal when i uncheck the Video Overlay option, im not even sure what the hell that is

Had a similiar problem with my ATi card, none of my video files would play in WMP, but here I had installed .NET so I download the wrong drivers, doh! I would reinstall WMP, and if that doesn't work, try rolling back the Nvidia drivers and see if that helps.
