Two Releases Syncing Audio

Hey guys, im new to the board and id like to say thanks for having me. Ok now on with the question, lets say i have a release of a movie that has great video quality but poor audio and the same movie with poor video and great audio would it be hard to use the audio on the other movie and sync it up? If not how would i go about doing that? Thanks any imput would be apreciated
