video_TS folder to mpeg

I have an awesome copy of a movie in pal format. I want to convert the entire video_ts folder which contains the vob files and ifo etc to mpeg-2 so I can convert to ntsc format. which program will do that?

why would anyone want to do that?
Just burn the thing on a dvd and play it on your dvdplayer...
(Make it region free if not already)
When you intend to make a SVCD( mpeg-2) use TMPEGenc, that proggy also alows to convert to ntsc if neccesairy

if it aint copy protected...run the folder through tmpgenc dvd author....itll leave you a dvd complient mpg file....not svcd but full 720x576 i believe for pal....then you can reencode with tmpgenc or whatever

another way you could do it is to create an iso of the dvd and load it in a virtual drive, then rip it as an mpeg with somethin
