How do i change Aspect Ratio on VOB files?

what program/method do i use to change the AR on dvd files (VOB, BUP, IFO, blah blah)

if im not mistaken, you can use ifoedit to change it, or re-encode it..

just changes the ifo files from 4:3 to 16:9...no reencoding....free too

use ifoedit as it is very easy to do bear in mind tho if you change the aspect ratio to something its not meant to the picture will look a bit weird.
