i havent had time to read through all of the log. what is it your trying to burn video_ts folder or an image? gimme some more info and when i get home i will have a better look.

first, are you burning with track at once or disk at once, disk at once is better and the log file shows that nero did recommend you to use it. Secondly, http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/p...1803982,00.html

get the firmware upgrade from that sight and install it...thats all

another different error log

could be a problem with nero, have you tried reinstalling nero? also when burning video_ts folders try using imgtool burn for it. you have to have nero installed but it is easy to use

^^ Taken from your log.

From everything I read, it means that the drive may not like that particular media you are using (remember, media changes, even if you always use the same brand and discIDs). From what I understand TDK takes to the Pioneer's very well. I was using ProDisc (which ironically is Pioneer Certified), and on the Pioneer website it said that certain ProDisc MediaIDs will not work with the burner.

So now I have a 50 pack cake waiting for my new burner.

I am so tired of this shit... so I just order this replacement. Should arrive today.
