Hey thats Neelix in the sample from Star Trek Voyager (very cool, and ya I'm a dork).

Pic is alittle dark and on a slight tilt. Cropped a tad too much. Definatly better then the cam. Can't wait to watch it.

From Sample:-

Looked slighlty tilted, bit blurry and a bit dark but if whole movie is like the sample then best copy so far.

Audio sounded good

6/8/?

Thumbs up

slightly blurred, good colours tho...

it seems to fade in and out gently (gets darker) hard to describe, but it's noticeable. Still watchable mind...

Looking fwd to watching it tonight!

Audio good, slight hiss but dialogue is perfect.

v7/a7/?? will update when i finish watching it.

EDIT
Cropped to fuck, spanish sub in the center of the screen, patchy sound, oh, and missing a shit load of the film!

v5/a5/m7 - possibly the best advert i've ever seen for XBoX/MSN/Nokia/Chrysler - reminds me of I,Robot - an exercise in style over content. Deserves a decent TC/SCR copy tho...

Posted by mattmatt02 on 08-10-2005 05:41 PM:

nice ts, similar to what we've had alot of recently...

8/9/?

:edit: sorry i can concentrate a bit better now, watched the sample again and it seems to be above average pic with the sound having a minor hiss to it

now, as a ts:

7/7/?

Same Video from the iNTERNAL BURGER CAM (ie same silver) , watch the beggining of both and you will see the exact same begginings. Same audio from Prevail CAM heavily filtered. Since same silver as BURGER iNTERNAL CAM its going to be missing scenes half way through the movie.

Dark , blurry , hiss in audio , usual silver

meh ..

4/4/?

Hmm not very good really, but hey it is a TS..sound aint too bad but sounds hissy..colours very washed and poor and typical dark patches.

5/5

Posted by Zombie Jesus on 08-10-2005 09:33 PM:

looks like the same source as burger's internal which means it has missing scenes.

4/6/8

Didnt the burger cam have horrible motion blur?? I didnt notice any of that in the sample. The colors appear to be much more rich. The picture looks 2 - 3 x sharper.Good release.

Posted by Liquido on 08-10-2005 11:18 PM:

Seems to me that there were atleast 1 missing scene, could have been more that i didnt notice.

Sound were not to bad except the hissing noise.
The picture seems to be from different sources, some scenes had subs in the middle of the screen.

Personally I should have waited for a TC or better if I knew what I know now.

Wasnt the burger one missing 20 minutes??

This has a run time of 125mins

imdb says offical run time 136 mins

11 minutes for credits etc? Sounds about right

I'd say it's an average TS....
6/6/? - Movie looks awesome and i've heard lots of good reviews... I'm going to wait for a better copy, given all the special effects and fast pace movie... but that's just me

7/7/7………watched the Whole movie.
this is my 1st movie rating.
(been here ages but never signed up till now).
has always amazed me how many post ratings after only viewing a tiny sample.
imo (for what it's worth,no disrespect to mods) ppl shouldn't be allowed to post ratings purely on a (ie)30 sec sample.
(taking it as a given no-one rates jpegs)
reasoning is anyone can DL a (ie)25mb sample.
u, me & my grannie has the sample of X movie the day X movie is released.
if everyone was to post a rating after only viewing a miniscule sample the end result can be extremely unhelpfull &/or plain wrong.
samples can be unreliable &/or prejudice.
i've found this out the hard way (many times) after taking notice of sample-ratings off VCDQ.
it often takes the person(s) who watch(es) the whole movie before one finds out a movie has (serious) issues(or not) & then all the sample ratings are made null&void.
am i alone on this or is giving ratings on audio+video+opinion-of-movie via a sample the done thing?
i won't raise this subject again as i don't want to appear argumentative.
i just had to ask coz myself & the majority of ppl i know who religiously come here for quality-guidance wade thru the sample-ratings to find posts from members who've given ratings on the whole-movie.

thx for ur time &/or opinion & thx to the powers that be for such a top-shelf site.

After watching the full release I didn't notice any audio hissing but did notice that there is scenes missing towards the end of the movie.
