yes i knwo. please dont kil me forusing this

but i first take the .dat or mpeg from a vcd image file and then i load it into nero and i let it resize and do everythign to put hte 2 or 3 vcd fielsonto one dvd. the problem is recently all of hte movies ive put in areout of synce. any ideas or info i need to give you?
