SVCD FORMAT HELP :(

I looked about 5 pages into the search i did "svcd format converters" and it turned up nothing i could understand . So how would i go about uh, getting the movie out, of something like.. Land.Of.The.Dead.SVCD.CAM.PROPER.READNFO-HYdRO, I read the nfo btw :/. I tried to use winrar, vcdgear, and about 18 other programs i downloaded hoping to get results that never came, hopefully this will help. Sorry if I'm stupid and missed something .

etc

just right click on any of the files and press extract here.

make sure you have your pc turned on first

Is this an upgrade over their old releease or something? More episodes perhaps? Or perhaps a rip of that guy who sells a bootleg DVD full of episodes? Either way I'm curious.
