How the fuck do i do this?

I got me a Dvix Called NEON and a file called NEON.sub.
Ive made Lots of DVDs or DVD ready .mpgs but is there a way to intergrate this .sub file ?

put both files in the same folder, makes sure they are named the same thing, use a directshow filter, run winavi and convert.
