so-so release. audio is alright, and video is pretty good, but not amazing. it may even be a ts, the new line logo is slightly off center at the beginning, but still a more than watchable release.

8/7/x

::edit:: yea definately cropped on the sides

a good release, but SILVERS CAM is the best... the only copy that will be better than silvers' will be a DVDSCR or DVDRip´...

I'm no pr when it comes to rating these things but I downloaded the sample and thought it looked very nice and am downloading the rest.

V 8 A little grainy, but overall looks nice, and it ahs
been mention that it is a bit cropped, but I dont mind
A 7 Seemed fine but im no expert.

M ? Have not watched but heard it was helarious, so I will watch this week.

I very much doubt that 70% of the supposed Telecine copies are actually Telecine. This one i reckon is a TS, looks like theyve zoomed right in on the cinema pic then cropped it, must of used a pretty decent cam ( digital ) so theres no flicker etc. True Telecines examples are the old Return Of The King and National Treasure, both have very grainy but sharp pictures and are very dark on dark scenes, also the Island TC is a good example. why do they lie?????? makes no sense

As a TC

Video 5
Audio 6.5
Movie 7

As a TS

Video 9
Audio 6.5
Movie 7

video 8
audio 8
movie 9

u must be watching a different release, this one is pretty standard for a tc and continues asteroid's fine run of releases. good quality and definately a tc.
tiny bit grainy with some flickering from the dust of the film but you get that with all tc movies.

A pretty good release, a bit pixilated in some scenes and the sound isnt the best ive seen in a TC. Overall very watchable though.

Video: 7
Sound: 7
Movie: 8.5 (quite amusing)

encoding software is the equivalent of The 404 going on a diet and walking thru the door. takes longer and sometimes more skill, but ultimately worth it.

I don't think this is a TC

As a TC 6/7/9

As a TS 9/7/9

Very watchable though.
