Are we sure this was done by the LOL? There are obvious video quality problems with this encode either due to a bad IVTC or resize, so the whole encode has shimmering problems wherever there are horizontal animation lines. The audio is perfect, and the video is clear and sharp, but the shimmering is too much to ignore.

yup. i noticed the wobble at the beginning of the video. i wonder how that happened
