Scene Rip Rules

Guess this is as good a place as any to ask, but what are the very latest SRR? Very latest, latest? Any link? I've seen the 2002 TDX, but nothing more recent.

I would like to have a look at the interleaving rules, for XviD/MP3/AC3 specifically and if it's 64 or 96 ms that'd bring me to my next question and that's why groups interleave at 40 or 42 ms sometimes.
