Strange nuke reason, "invalid proper" if the other was nuked as a TS then isn't there a valid reason to proper it? although asteroids wasn't nuked here it has been widly nuked.

TBH this has been nuked and unuked about half a dozen times tonight for various reasons all pretty stupid.
Is it a TC? well i think it looks and sounds up to russian TC standards. But who really cares if it is or isn't.
Pic and sound do the job well and imo this is the best version to date. There does however appear to be a flicker (yes that's something that is usualy associated with TS and cams and not TCs but again... who cares) that is more noticable in some parts than others but not too annoying. That said i havn't watched it all the way thru so there could be something i have missed.
If you have asteroids then prolly not worth going for this if you haven't then grab this.

Hmm, there are a couple spots where it's *barely* out of sync. Overall, a very clean copy, even if it really is a TS.

Video - 7
Pretty clear. Some of the dark scenes are still a bit hard to make out, but this is still watchable to a point of enjoyment(which this movie lacks, sadly).

Audio - 7
Turned out nice. Bass hits nicely on explosions, but you can tell they changed audio sources at certain points. Nothing negative, tho.

Movie - p
Horrible. When a story like this is given for a game that's as immersive as Doom was, it's ok because it's simply a "general background" for the story as you go. We spend 3/4 of the movie getting to where the game supposedly would begin, and the acting was horrible. Really, people who play these games KNOW how special ops groups would work/react. There's more bad, but you get the idea :P

a little flicker in the lighting but you have to look for it to find it. audio is great for a tc, no major problems. better than the other releases.

Looks damn nice from the sample ... can anyone clarify weather this release includes the dialogue at the beginning of the movie and/or credits? Thanks!

Meaning, it's still a fairly nice TS. It's a TS people, I don't know how you can mistake this for a TC if you watched more than 5 minutes of it.

Props to whoever made the source, great TS for a uber dark movie.

I did notice the same, doggy sync but only once or twice, and it seemed to be the same as my first download , so I think it's just another re-encode of the original "TC"

Rating as the TS it is.....
(if it is a TC, it gets my vote for the worst TC ever)

I still noticed the sound source change in the middle of a scene, so I might infact have the asteriods renamed, cause I haven't seen anyone mention that about this release.


I didn't notice any dialog at the beginning, that was apparently missing from the first release.

The end credits appear to be there intact doing the whole 3d shooter stuff for a long time.

The movie itself is pants, such a waste. Doom was a ground breaking game in its day, and it deserved atleast an attempt at a movie. This was pathetic, they actually are paying trained monkeys to write scripts.

Seriously tho, when I'm a special ops soldier, trapped on a fucked up mars research base, with crazy demon alien things killing all my friends...

I'm definately gonna go off by myself to take a shit.
