I wish they have kept the DC, maybe Steven Spielberg will be able to explained the many parts that didn't make sense

Movie deserves a 3 or lower. DC should just be spielberg apologising.

You could try rating the release? Imdb.com is good for rating movies.

V = 8. Looks great, just something about it ... can't really explain what it is. Grainy maybe? I'm not sure, perhaps that's the way the actual film looks. I'm trying to compare this to the previous *PAL* release I got by SCREAM.

A = 9, sounds great to me. DC would of been nice but that shouldn't apply to the rating of sound quality.

M = 7.5 - Paid to see this in theatres with the wifey, it entertained me and that's all I'm asking for, from a movie like this. It was way better than some recent movies I paid to see (Ex. Doom)

does look a tad bit better than the PAL version.....

V: 8.5
A: 9
M: 5

Vission, pHo can do pretty much whatever he wants. He's a veteran and his opinion is more valuable than 99% of people on this forum.

Well, this is a BIG improvement over the PAL encode. I've looked at some frames at 400% (to do a comprehensive test between the PAL and NTSC) and not only does the Replica version have much less artifacting and blocking, but also the colors are more natural.

Overall, my PAL copy is gone and this one took over. This is definitely the better of the 2 releases, not to mention it is R1, so it will most likely be the last also. But even for the UK crowd, this one does have better picture. But I think that is mostly due to the encode by Scream... This R1 is only a bit higher bitrate, but MUCH better quality.

Yes there is some slight Pixeling about 8 min in watching the sheets on the clothesline but not really Replica's fault its a 2 hour movie with lots of action ..maybe a few more passes for all the action might of help .. other then that its mint like allways from Replica
9.5/10/8.5 kept me up in my seat
